The folks over at Problogger.net and having a new group writing project, and figured, hey, I like to write! So, as Cinema Fromage is dedicated to all things cheesy, what better way to participate than a list of flims, that have transcended the title of ‘Cheese’ and slipped straight to the level of ‘Crap!’
So here it is folks, the Top 10 Stinkers The Even I Can’t Believe I Sat Through! (These are not exactly in order mind you)
The Day After Tomorrow – Holy cow, this one’s a pile! No concept of science, but hey, it’s got that Broke Back Mountain guy!
Dungeons and Dragons – I feel sick just typing out the name. This movie becomes more entertaining the more drunken friends you add. Highlight of the theatre experience? When Elf girl turned to Tom Baker and muttered ‘You’re a part of magic?’ and the first to rows of the theatre stood up and walked out.
Dee Sniders Strangeland – I thought it was cool when I was like….16. Then I got older. And now it’s just mind numbing.
The Hangman’s Curse – Yah, I don’t know what I was thinking either. I blame it on cold medicine.
American Vampire – I hoped for Carmen Cleavage, I got a concussion instead while passing out from boredom.
The Wizard of Gore – They’re remaking this crap? Grab the shotgun dear, we’re going to Hollywood. Time to take out the trash.
Ring Around the Rosie – So bad, I gave up halfway through. That doesn’t happen often, I’m a glutton for punishment.
Welcome to Mooseport – It was a holiday, I was full of holiday food, and the remote was a long long way away.
House of the Dead – Everybody hates on Uwe Boll, and hey, I don’t want to feel left out! The only Boll movie I have seen to date, and definitely the last.
And well….I’m going to leave it at 9. That’s a lot of crap to relive!
Stay tuned for more love from the not so crappy!
Hey, I felt bad for cutting it off at 9, so I’ve thought long and hard and here’s number 10…..drumroll please….
Mission to Mars – Ever wonder what going to Mars and meeting aliens would be like, if handled by Disney? This is it. Gary Sinese in eyeliner? Cartoon Martians? Everybody love everybody group hug? Bah, no thank you please. This pile made Red Planet look good…and that’s saying a lot!

I agree with you for the most part, though I really liked Strangeland. I haven’t seen Wizard of Gore.

Thank goodness I have not seen any of those movies. Then again, they all look good when you have to watch the same kids dvds over and over and over again. Make it stop.
